This year the gift of your favorite holiday musical comes dressed in different wrapping as Fathom Events puts a 70th Anniversary bow on their special presentation of WHITE CHRISTMAS, including added behind the scenes insight on the film and special 70th Anniversary content.
The Cincinnati tradition may not be the same interactive experience from the past, but the Esquire, Mariemont and Kenwood Theatres look forward to having you join us to celebrate 70 years of Bing, Rosemary, Danny and Vera-Ellen with a little singing, a lot of fun and plenty of holiday magic. We'll even include a special hometown Cincinnati welcome; and, of course....SNOW!
About the film: This 1954 Christmas classic starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Vera-Ellen and Rosemary Clooney is a romantic tale that takes place in a Vermont lodge where it is almost always a "White Christmas." Crosby and Kaye's successful song-and-dance team become involved with a sister act; and, together they plan a yuletide miracle: A fun-filled musical extravaganza that's sure to save the failing inn of their former commanding general. This special 70th anniversary event includes exclusive insight from Leonard Maltin.
**Note: Due to the nature of the show (or should we say "nature of the SNOW"), the Kenwood Theatre showing will only offer movie concessions in the auditorium; however, full menu service will still be available in the lobby both before and after the show.
